WhatsApp is quickest and lets you send a photo of the space. The same number takes calls.
We confirm the specification
Size, wall height, finish, schach, doors and windows. You get the full price before anything is agreed.
Payment
Paid in full before the sukkah goes out.
Delivery and build
Delivered and put up. Orders are taken up to the day before Yom Tov, though the closer you leave it the fewer finishes are still available.

Are the prices on this site the final price?
Yes. Delivery and sales tax are included in every figure shown. There is no shipping calculated at the end and no surcharge for a build.
Do you deliver outside Monsey?
Yes. Message us with the address and we will confirm before you pay.
How late can I order?
Up to the day before Yom Tov. That said, finishes and sizes go out of stock through Elul — the earlier you order, the more choice you have.
Can I see the panel colours in person?
Yes, and you should. Wood-look finishes in particular photograph lighter than they look on an eight-foot wall. The full colour range is in the showroom.
My space is an odd shape. Can you build to it?
Yes. The modular sukkah is built panel by panel in 1, 2, 3 and 4 foot widths, so it can be made to fit almost any run. Send us the dimensions.
Do you sell single panels and replacement parts?
Yes — panels, doors, lucite windows, sliding windows, clamps, clips and corners are all priced individually on the modular page.
How much schach do I need?
Tell us the footprint and we will work it out. As a rough guide, mats are sold to cover the opening, and poles are counted by span.
Do you take payment on the site?
No. Every order goes through a conversation, on WhatsApp or on the phone, so that the specification is right before money changes hands.
